About Hypnosis
Is hypnosis safe?
Yes. Clinical hypnosis is a well-researched, evidence-based modality used by therapists and healthcare professionals worldwide. You remain fully aware and in control throughout every session — you cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.
Can everyone be hypnotized?
Most people can experience hypnosis to some degree. It’s a natural state of focused relaxation — similar to being absorbed in a book or daydream. Willingness and openness are the most important factors. If you’ve ever zoned out during a drive or lost track of time, you’ve already experienced something similar.
Will I remember what happens during a session?
In most cases, yes. Hypnosis is not unconsciousness — you are aware and present throughout. Some clients find certain details fade, much like a vivid dream, but the insights and shifts tend to stay with you.
Is hypnosis the same as stage hypnosis?
Not at all. Stage hypnosis is entertainment. Clinical hypnosis is a structured, therapeutic process focused entirely on your goals and wellbeing. Sessions with Taylor are private, professional, and client-led.
Working with Taylor
What happens in a first session?
Your first session begins with a conversation about what brought you here, your goals, and any questions you have. From there, Taylor will guide you into a relaxed hypnotic state and begin working toward your specific objectives. Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies by individual and goal. Some clients experience meaningful shifts in just one or two sessions. Others benefit from an ongoing series. Taylor will discuss a recommended approach during your private consultation.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. All sessions are available via Zoom, making Taylor’s services accessible from anywhere in the world. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person work.
How do I get started?
Begin with a private consultation — a focused conversation to discuss your goals and determine the right engagement. Request a consultation.
Past-Life Regression
Do I have to believe in past lives for this to work?
No. Many clients approach past-life regression from a psychological or symbolic perspective rather than a spiritual one. Regardless of your beliefs, the experience can surface meaningful insights and emotional release.
What if nothing comes up during a session?
Every session is different. Some are vivid; others are subtle. Both are valid. Taylor will guide you gently and work with whatever arises — there is no “wrong” experience.
